Ring door bell keep showing solid white light when charging and not working

Question

My ring doorbell keep showing solid white light and when charging, but still showing low battery and not working when push the button. When pull out of the charger, solid white light turned off and when push button again and not working. Can anyone from the tech team tell me the solution? Thanks.

Hey @SuperJ. The Doorbell will have the solid white light when charging, but it sounds like when taken off of the charger that it's not holding a charge. Have you had it charged for at least 8 hours before disconnecting the device from the charger?
