Switch to wired mode

I am getting constant notifications about switching my ring camera to wired mode eve though it is connected to a ring solar panel. Is there a fix? I tried deleting the app and adding it back but that didn’t work.

Hi @user80513. If possible, could you share a screenshot of this notification that you're seeing? What is the model name of the Ring Camera you have? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Lastly, which version of the Ring app are you currently on?

wish i knew the answer to this - i get these notifications all the time too and sometimes the solar panel just never reconnects again and i have to change batteries in my spotlight cam - then the solar panel suddenly reconnects again and works for a little while.
