Stick-Up Cam Not Recognizing Wired

Hi, I just noticed earlier today that one of my two stick-up cameras had a symbol signifying that it was not connected to power. It has a battery in it and it is also wired. It's not recognizing that it is wired even though it is at a constant 100%. I tried troubleshooting it by switching it to Battery Mode and then attempting to switch it back to Wired Mode but it won't allow me to do so since it is not recognizing it is plugged it. Other than that so far the camera is working. Still not recognizing the wired on my battery stick up cam.
