Stick up cam bottom/battery cover

Has anyone had a luck getting a bottom or battery cover for the Stick up cam? I have reached out customer service last year, I was originally told, it would be provided. Weeks went by then got a notification if I wished to have devise protection, I have to purchase such service. But the bottom cap is easily misplaced and also it is important to have it for outside use in case of rain or moisture not to get inside. Ring, please consider it and make the part as service part.
