Spotlight Cam sounds windy, but there is NO WIND
negative-feedback

I have a spotlight cam pro on my outside toolshed...I also have a Chime Pro that it is connected to. One person tells me that I have ZERO Mps upload speed, so I'm not receiving anything and to contact my ISP, which I did, and it's Spectrum. Increased my speeds to 1Gig download and 35Mpbs upload (much better than I had before, so now I'm paying extra for that) AND upgraded my Netgear Nighthawk to WiFi6 Router...I can't hear anything except wind in Live view or any other time, and it is NOT windy...it's all the time.I need to see if there are critters trying to get under my toolshed to make a home for themselves, plus I have very, very nosy neighbors that I do not want them on my property...My toolshed is about 60ft away from the Ring Chime Pro-note there is no other outlet inside my house that go to a halfway point. I talked to another person at ring and they tell me that everything is just fine on my end...everything is NOT fine on my end.If you're not going to help me the correct way with my product, then I'm not going to buy your product...
