Spare parts for peephole

Hi guys! Does anyone know where I can find spare ' Connector cable' for the Ring peephole cam?

Hi ! For some reason the phone provided for Greece is not compatible when I call. As. far as the support team is concerned, sadly they have told me what I already knew which is that there is no spare for the 'connector cable' of peephole cam which is unacceptable for me.
