Solar Panel not charging battery

Hi, I have a stick up camera with battery and that is normally charged by the solar panel.  For the last couple of months now I have had to remove the battery and manually charge it as the solar panel no longer works.  This is one of two cameras on the same side of the house - the other one charges fine but this one does not.  Can you please offer suggestions on what to do.  I have unplugged and plugged in the leads and all contacts appear to be okay.
