Solar Panel Issue/Terrible Technical Support

I have been dealing with a frustrating issue with my Ring solar panel for the past three weeks, and despite multiple phone calls, the problem has yet to be resolved. My solar panel stopped working, and after numerous discussions with customer support, Ring finally agreed to send a replacement—only to send the wrong model. After yet another round of calls, I was told that the correct solar panel was now being ordered, only to be informed later that it was out of stock. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was able to log onto Ring’s website and see that the same solar panel was available for purchase with delivery in just two days. This level of miscommunication and lack of efficiency is unacceptable, especially for a company that specializes in home security and smart devices. I expected better service and a quicker resolution to a relatively simple issue. Disappointing experience overall. Is anybody else having a similar issue?
