Set up Two Chime Pro Wifi Extenders
cs-support
troubleshooting

I have multiple clusters of Ring Sitck-Up cameras and two are at opposing ends of my property. I've been using a Chime Pro Wifi Extender for the cameras in the back yard and it's been fine. I just tried to add another Chime Pro to the front of the house to cover the cameras in the front yard and now all the back yard cameras are trying to connect to the Chime pro for the front yard and the signal wont reach that. How do I set one set of cameras to connect to the Chime pro for the back yard and the other set to connect to the chime pro for the front yard?

Hi @user_355a96. You should be able to choose which network each Ring device is connected to. Select your new Chime Pro from the devices list, then tap Chime Pro Network. This should show the devices that are currently connected to that Chime Pro. You can also change the wifi network for a device individually under Device Health > Change Network.

Unfortunately that is not what happens when I try that. When I add a second Ring Pro to my RingNetwork, the first Chime Pro disappears from the Ring Network but is visible in the app.  Tried several times and no options appears that would allow me to choose one Chime Pro vs the other. Both of my Chime Pros are 2nd Gen, app is up to date.

Hi @user_355a96. You can select the network that your camera should connect to, but if you have multiple Chime Pros, you are unable to select a particular one when connecting to them. In your situation, what you can do is unplug the Chime Pro you do not want the Cameras to connect too. If there are Cameras connected to the Chime Pro you unplug, they should automatically reconnect to it once you plug it back in.
