Ring Solar Charger for Gen 2 doorbell says sunlight is too weak?

Hello,Just installed a new Gen 2 doorbell solar charger and the app says it is connected but sunlight is too weak. The attached picture says otherwise. There are no awnings or other instructions blocking direct sunlight. I also attached a pic of the device health screen showing the problem. I also charged the battery myself to 100% and reset the device by pressing the orange button for 20 secs and reading the device to the app. Please help! What should the status be to show the charger is doing it’s job? I also have all other motion settings set to the app recommendations. TIA.!
