Ring service is worse ever - theives - frauds
On 7/19/2021 I purchased a 2 pack of spot cams with Solar Panels. The confirmation stated that the Solar Panels would be shipped no later than 7/27/2021 - 7/31/2021. I received the spot cams but have now waited almost 5-6 weeks for the solar panels. NO COMMUNICATION from Ring. I called over a week ago and after being on hold for an hour or so, they said that they would expedite the request to shipping and contact me within 24-72 hours. NOT A CHANCE - NOTHING!I called again. Waited at least another hour or more and they said that they would make sure they were expedited. NOT A CHANCE! NO COMMUNICATION - NOTHING!I called again on 8/16/2021 and after waiting 2 hours and spending over 2.5 hours on the phone, they said they oversold (FRAUDS! THIEVES!) and it would be at least another 4-6 weeks before they came in. I escalated twice to two managers. I requested a refund of my camera's and for me to keep the cameras as they LIED, STOLE MY MONEY, DECEIVED ME and put me at risk as I now had to climb 20' on a ladder to change a battery (which I may not be able to get to until several days later) and I have health issues. Their response was they can't refund me and that it would be 4-6 weeks as their WEBSITE NOW STATES. They couldn't even correctly say my FIRST name, which is maddening. They kept telling me I basically do not understand that since THEY OVERSOLD, they can't do anything until they come in.They offered me free protection or discounted I believe, which I already paid for. Offered me refund my solar panels(THAT IS WHAT I NEED) and I said you are not paying attention to what I am saying or what I am requestIng. Then they offered me other products and other discounts BUT THEY COULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND ALLOW ME TO KEEP THE CAMERAS FOR ALL OF MY TIME AND INCONVIENCE NOT TO MENTION THE LIES, STEALING MY MONEY AND BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS SPENDING THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON THEIR PRODUCTS.I asked for a credit of the purchase price of the camera's on my account and if and when I needed anything I would use. They said that they would give me a 35% discount but that was crap. The 2nd manager then stated he would try to locate the panels and get them to me and give him a day to get back to me. Once he received the panels, he would then do something for my aggravation. Well, this morning (8/17/2021), I get an email stating that they were closing out my case as I had not responded. WHAT? They are all idiots! I sent a response and I received a call. This idiot manager then said I can buy on Amazon (which owns this company). I said, why don't you order and send to me and give me a refund on what I purchased. Apparently their legal department tells them that they can't do that. LIE! I said then send me two camera's and order the Amazon Ring panels (amazing how they have them but RING does not) and I would return the other two camera's once I received the camera's. That would take care of them saying once I received the camera's they couldn't refund money. NOT A CHANCE. He kept pushing 50% off the Protection Plan. DO THEY NOT LISTEN! They can give me product and discounts of 35% or more but can't give me a credit for two camera solar cam package. LIES, DECEIT, SLEAZY AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS!So after about almost another hour I said to this idiot that yesterday they could give me more and today you say not a chance. When I asked to speak to a higher manager, he said he was it. BS! Another LIE!I am not sure if Jamie reads any of these but since he is a BIG WIG now on Shark Tank and a Billionaire, he could care less I am sure. Maybe if they would make everything in the USA and not oversell, over promise, under deliver, lie, steal, be deceitful, and know how to order these things wouldn't happen.Ring was much better when smaller and they had very little if any competition. Now, they are a dime a dozen. RINGS SERVICE SUCKS, HOLD TIME SUCKS, CONVENIENCE SUCKS, PROMISES SUCK, EMPLOYEES MUST BE TOLD TO LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL AND BASICALLY CARE LESS ABOUT WE THE CONSUMER. Hire more people Jamie and get back to your roots. You already forgot where you came from and now you are some big wig that I should bow down too? NOPE!Politically correct? NOPE! You don't like what or how I say it? Tough SHIT! I am the customer and you sold us out. I wish I could ship EVERYTHING BACK and get a refund of the thousands and thousands of dollars I have spent so I can go to another company that cares. No, you know you have us and so you can blow smoke up my ass and shove it where the sun don't shine, all in the name of greed, deceit, lies, corporate America and the billions of dollars you made and the big wig that you are now.If you can't run or don't run the company, then let someone with some common sense handle it so Ring service can get better, better decisions can be made and people don't have hours of time on the phone!I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND RING AT THIS TIME UNTIL AND UNLESS THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHJER! BUYER BEWARE! NO COMMUNICATION, SWEEP PROBLEMS UNDER THE RUG, LIES, DECEIT, STEALING YOUR MONEY. A POWER GRAB OF HUGE PROPORTION. CRIMINAL!SO MY 5+ HOURS WERE WASTED BUT RING DOES NOT CARE AND I WILL SOON SEE IF JAMIE CARES. I KNOW AMAZON WON'T BUT MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, JAMIE WILL STILL HAVE A DECENT BONE IN HIS BODY TO DO THE RIGHT THING! WELL, I'M WAITING...........................................
