Ring Chime
troubleshooting
Hi I have a ring Chime and it disconnected from the wifi and there is no blue light coming on. i have tried multiple plug sockets and still no joy.

Hi @user_37d474. The only troubleshooting steps available for the Ring Chime are to try a different power outlet, and hold down the reset button on the side for 15 seconds. After resetting the Chime, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to get the Chime reconnected.
