Ring Chime - where's the reset hole?!
Hi all, hope you're well. I recently changed WiFi providers and have successfully moved my doorbell and one Chime across. But the other Chime (for the kitchen) just keeps rapidly blinking. Every search I've done suggests using a paperclip for a factory reset and then setting it up again from scratch. But there's no hole. There's a button where the hole is supposed to be and pressing that (while plugged in) for anything between 5 and 30 secs essentially does nothing. I'm sure I'm just being stupid but if anyone can tell me what (blatantly obvious) move I should be making, I'd be very grateful!

Hi @user_ebf06e. If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend unplugging the Chime and plugging it into a different outlet. You can then try resetting the Chime by holding down the button on the side for 15 seconds. Attempt to walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If none of these troubleshooting steps work, and you're still unable to get your Chime connected to your new wifi network, it would be best to contact our support team for further assistance. You can get in touch at one of the numbers available here, or by sending a private message on Facebook @Ring.
