You will need to call our support team to confirm you are still within warranty to see if they can troubleshoot with you further with the device, or replace it for you if you're within warranty. You can learn more about the warranty [here](https://shop.ring.com/pages/warranty), and you are correct in the assumption that if you have the Ring Protect Plus Plan during the lifetime of having the device that you should have an extended warranty on this.
