Ring Chime Plug in
troubleshooting
Ring Chime plug in stopped working. I tried plugging it into another outlet and press the button for 15 sec and no green light shows. Also when moving to another outlet when plugging it in and flashing red light shows then disappears.

Hi @user_4d51db. Have you tried performing a new setup in the Ring app? After resetting the Ring Chime by holding down the button on the side for 15 seconds, follow the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app to complete a new setup. If the Chime is still unresponsive, please follow up with our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to see what options are available.
