Hi @user19831. Since your Chime is not staying in set up mode, it is not able to complete the set up process. Try these following steps : 1. Plug the Chime into a different outlet within the same room as the router. 2. While plugged into a wall outlet, factory reset the Chime by pressing and holding the reset button on the right for 20–25 seconds. 3. Attempt another set up of the Chime.
