Ring chime can not reset
probleemoplossing
Hello,I had my chime working fine and suddenly it stopped working. I have removed from app and now trying to connect but can not get green flashing lights. Did reset as explained in guide and no luck. All i get is blue flashing light.

Hi @user_b3a162. Have you tried using a different phone or tablet to set up the Chime? Try first connecting the Chime to a wifi hotspot. This will let you know if there is a network complication.
