Order hasn't lest warehouse after 7 days

I have made an order for a battery 7 days ago. According to the tracking provided the order hasn't left the warehouse yet.

    Hi; Unfortunately Ring moderators here won't be able to help with that. You will have to call Ring and inquire. In the future, consider ordering from Amazon like I did. They own Ring and always supply order updatesand tracking. On Prime Day you can get Ring products on deep discount.
