No phone alerts

I have a ring pro camera. It is showing a video but the motion detection has become very unreliable. Sometimes I get no notification at all, despite someone going out to test it, sometimes it records the episode but it chimes only in the hallway, not the phone whilst recording as an episode on the phone. Sometimes I get nothing at all, but I can still see the camera view. I've tried switching off the camera and resetting it and it might or might not restore it temporarily. Motion detection and alerts are on, but more often than not they fail

    Hi @user19458. Can you please clarify which Ring Camera or Doorbell you have? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, what is the last reported signal strength? This is also on the Device Health page. Do you have Smart Alerts configured for this device?
