No internet connection
troubleshooting

I purchased my device in November and it stopped connecting to the internet intermittently in March. By end of April it wouldn’t connect at all. My internet didn’t change. The camera is directly next to the router. I have reset device. Nothing has worked. I contacted support and they said they couldn’t help. They told me to call the number here in Japan but I don’t speak Japanese. I have an ongoing subscription and I want the last few months refunded since my cameras been broken but support literally will not help me at all. I want my camera working again but all the troubleshoot issues on the help page won’t work. What do I do??

    Hi @user_0541ca. What specific device are you having issues with? What is the RSSI for this device? Do you have an active VPN on your network? Is there a specific error you are seeing? Was this device originally purchased in Japan? As a test, try connecting your device to a wifi hotspot and see how that performs.
