New WiFi chime not connecting

Had new WiFi installed today, the bell is up and running ok but I can’t get the Chime back online. When I go through the process it’s asking for the code off the doorbell but when I enter it I get an error saying incorrect pin. It’s the only pin I have and I’ve no idea how to get this back online now.

Hi @user_b8d4c9. You should not be entering the QR or pin code from the Doorbell to set up the Chime. When you tap on Chimes under Set Up a Device, it should prompt you to scan the QR code on the back of the Chime.
