The speaker in my keypad stopped working

    Hi @user_6bf661. First, check the Audio Settings tile for your Keypad to make sure the volume slider is turned up. If the audio still isn't working, try removing and re-adding the Keypad in the Ring app. You can remove the Keypad under Device Settings > Remove Device. Let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
