Mailbox Sensor antenna orientation

Is the Mailbox Sensor antenna directional? If so, what is the optimal orientation? Should the “face” of the antenna, which bears the “Ring” brand be pointed towards the Ring Bridge for optimal signal?

Hi @user27606. Correct! For optimal signal, point the Ring logo towards your Ring Bridge.

Thank you. The next edition of the installation guide should mention this, as not all mailboxes are located in the classic on curb in front of the house orientation. (Drills new hole in side of mailbox…)
