Is my Ring hub my problem?
troubleshooting

I'll start with my most recent problem.  Ring Mailbox sensor.  Device Health shows 'Device Status: Online, Bridge Status: Online, Signal: Good.  Antenna is 40' unobstructed LOS to the bridge through a glass window.  It will work 2-3 days then no notifications for a few days to 2 weeks.  I can pull the sensor out of the mailbox and get a 'motion' notification. One Floodlight Cam (1st Gen) comes on for maybe 30-60 sec, off for 1-2 sec, back on and does that all night.  That stops around sunrise, but can begin at sunrise or 2-3 hrs after sunrise.  I hav no schedule set. I can walk outside past a doorbell camera and two security cameras (one 1st gen, the other 2nd gen).  About a third of the time, all three give notification.  Mostly, only one gives a notification (not always the same one).  There have been times I've walked around my house past 7 cameras and none or only one give a notification.  One camera (15' through one exterior wall) will give frequent 'offline' notifications.  There have been times I get a motion notification 2-3 minutes AFTER the person walks under the camera. Is this a hub problem or do I have multiple devices going bad?

Hi @requiredusername. Since you have more than a few Ring devices having issues, it is best you give our support team a call to further investigate this with you. Our support team can take a deeper look into your concerns then we can here in the Community.
