How to replace solar panel mounting arm?

So, I just had a virtual chat with Ring and they informed me that I cannot purchase a replacement solar panel mounting arm (like the one that comes with the panel when you purchase it new). The only option is to replace the entire panel?!?!? This seems like an epic fail in support. Has anyone found an alternate bracket to use? And, no, I cannot mount on a gutter, I'm mounting on the side of my house (directly on the masonry). Thank you in advance for any advice!
