Does the Ring Alarm Flood & Freeze Sensor work with Amazon Alexa? If so, how do you add the device to Alexa? If not, why isn't it certified to work with Alexa?

Hi @RFNAPLES. The Ring Alarm Flood & Freeze Sensor only works with the Ring Alarm system. It connects directly to the Base Station via Z-wave. You may be able to setup a routine using your Amazon Alexa and the Flood & Freeze Sensor, but it is only directly connected to your Ring Alarm Base Station. I hope this information helps!

Why does the flood and freeze sensor not show as a device in the alexa app? I need to be able to setup a routine to turn of the water like I can with a smart things sensor.
