Flashing red lights chime gen 2
Hi all, I have every now and then, flashing red lights on my chime unit to get rid of them I power the chime unit down and turn back on which reset's the unit - can't find any info just for flashing red lights - by the way they do seem to flash in a particular sequence.

Hey @Robbo. The red flashing lights could mean that the device has no internet or that there is too much power being supplied to the unit. Does the device show as online or offline in the Ring app? Does this happen if you move the Chime Pro to another outlet in the home? Could you take a video of what this red flashing looks like? When attaching this video, you will need to compress the MP4 file into a ZIP file, as ZIP files can be attached to your reply and not MP4s. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. Alternatively, if the video is saved in the Event History in your Ring App, you can choose to share it via email and copy the link that is generated.
