Exporting Data
Does anyone think it would be useful to export data on when they're doors open and close? I'd rather not enter it into excel manually.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but this would be great for me if they could add it. I have a sensor on my cash drawer, and if we are ever off I have to go through the app on the phone one at a time checking the camera. Would be nice to have a list that I can edit.

Hi neighbors. There is no export option for the Event History from the Ring app at this time. Feel free to add this suggestion to our [Feature Request](https://community.ring.com/c/products/24) board. This allows us to review new ideas and share them with our teams here.

I know this is an older post, but in case anyone’s still looking for a solution — I created a bookmarklet that lets you export your Ring Alarm event history to a CSV file. 🔹 How it works: Scroll down through your event history to load all the entries you want to export, then simply click the bookmarklet. It will generate and download a CSV file containing the data — nothing is sent anywhere else. 🔹 Get the bookmarklet: Visit https://beattheforms.github.io/Ring_Alarm_Event_Export_to_CSV. Click and hold the blue button on the page, then drag it into your bookmarks bar. 🔒 This tool is safe and self-contained — it doesn’t collect or transmit your data. ⚠️ That said, always be cautious with bookmarklets from untrusted sources, as they can access sensitive information on the pages you use them on.

IFTTT can be used to export data on motion sensing by a ring camera but it can't be done using the door and window sensors.
