Doorbell

My doorbell is ringing outside and have a personal greeting but it’s not ringing inside like we had a parcel delivered. He pressed the doorbell. It worked outside but the doorbell inside is not working. It’s plugged in. It’s not wired and I connected it. Is there setting I need to do I went through all the process. I test the doorbell and it’s working when I test it but when my wife goes out and press the doorbell, it’s working outside, but not inside what is going on someone help.
