Chime won't connect to wifif
chime
Hello my chime connect fine then it wouldn't make sound. So I deleted the device and now it wont reconnect. When I select my wifi it doesn't ask for password it just says cant connect and the light on the chime box goes red. I have followed every troubleshooting thing I can find. Getting frustrated! Thanks

Hi @user18371. Try following the steps listed in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048673232-Troubleshooting-Your-Ring-Chime-Pro-2nd-generation-and-Understanding-Light-Patterns). Also, try plugging in the Chime close to your internet router during the install. Once the device is online, you can move it to a more permanent location. Let em know if this helps!
