  I’ve been having the same problem. I bought my chime in April and still can’t get it to connect

  Hey neighbors! If your Chime is not connecting to the internet, you can first try resetting it by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 15 seconds. If the setup still fails after resetting the Chime, I'd suggest rebooting your router by unplugging it for at least 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. Should the Chime continue to fail its setup, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They'll be able to take a deeper look at your device and provide more advanced troubleshooting steps.   I just got mine today and it drove me nuts for an hour. Finally tried it on my wife's iPad and it connected immediately. Seems my android phone has the problem. Hope it helps
