Chime won’t allow setup
troubleshooting

Chime (2nd generation) won’t allow setup. The light turns on but is solid green. Pressing and holding the side button for the lengths of time suggested does nothing, the light just stays on and stays green. Hard reset does nothing.

    Hi @user_d50297. A solid green light indicates that the Chime is booting up. Have you tried using a different outlet for setup?   https://ring.com/support/articles/f9g29/Understanding-Chime-light-patterns
