Chime was a waste of money

I purchased the chime to help extend the signal to my stick up camera and it was a total waste. My camera while hooked up to the chime doesnt have a signal some times but mostly the video quality is awful and it freezes a lot. The video quality without going through the chime is much better. The reason I purchased the chime is sometimes my camera wouldnt have a signal when connected directly to my wifi. I though when purchasing the chime this would resolve my issue but I was totally wrong. I am very disapponted and it was a total waste of money.
