What an horrendous experience trying to setup chime pro when i bought my ring video doorbell 2gen i had problems setting it up at first but i managed to use a 10 year old TP Link extended range and wow i get in the green RSSI between 44/45 anyway after looking on this forum and takein some advice i decided to buy the chime pro £49.99 :astonished: anyway it arrived today and my nightmare began over 6 hours trying to get it setup… it’s now back in the box and on it’s way back to amazon for a refund i have now plug and successfully reset the TP-Link range extended and everything is working superb again…

Hi @Taz131. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t have a smooth set up experience with your Chime Pro. I would offer some general troubleshooting assistance, but you mentioned that you have already returned the Chime Pro.
