I just go a Chime pro the other day and I can clearly hear a difference in volume. My regular Chime sounds way louder and clear while the Pro sounds muffled. Has anyone else had this issue? Trying to find out so I can exchange it or return it.

    Hi @HaVok. I would double check that the volume on your Chime Pro is set to max. To find this setting, go to your Chime Pros settings page and tap on Audio Settings. If that is set to max and it still sounds muffled, power cycle your Chime Pro by unplugging it from power and plugging it back in. Another step you can try is factory resetting it. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
