Chime Pro Network issue

Question

When I go to my Chime Pro on the iOS app, I press the Chime Pro Network button and the app crashes.  Is this is known issue?

Hi @DrPaulusT. Is your Ring App and your phone's OS fully updated? The Ring App shouldn't crash like that but it's good to make sure that everything is updated first. Additionally, if you have any VPNs, make sure those are disabled when using the Ring App as well.
