Ring Accessories
Chime Pro cannot find ANY Wifi networks.
I have a system with multiple Ring cameras, a Ring video doorbell, 2 Chimes and 1 Chime Pro. This has been working well for the past couple of years. As of this week, my Chime Pro is offline, and when I try to reconnect it, it *does* link to my phone, but when it's "scanning for Wifi networks" it finds nothing... no networks at all! (any other device will find both the 2.4Gz and 5GHz networks in my home, as well as some of the neighbours networks). There have been no recent changes in my network... and the other two Chimes are still working fine. I have already tried a factory reset of the Chime Pro, rebooting my router, putting the Chime Pro right next to the router... none of it makes any difference at all.Is there any way to fix this, or does this mean that my Chime Pro's router chip has died and that I need to purchase a new device?

UI already received my replacement chime... setup was easy (remove the original one from the app, add the new one, go through the installation steps), and this did indeed fix my issues. I just hope that this Chime Pro will last a bit longer than the original one...

Follow-up: I had a phone call with Ring customer support today. They determined that my Chime Pro is defective and needs to be replaced. A replacement order has already been placed.
