Hi @Lthic. If your Chime continually goes offline, it may be do to its wifi signal. In the Ring app, check the Device Health for your Chime and find out what your RSSI is. This Community post [here](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) will explain your RSSI and how it relates to its online status. You may benefit form moving your Chime to another outlet. I hope this information helps!
