Chime has no power

My Chime just quit working one day! I’ve only had it for about a year and all of a sudden it just died! No one did anything to it. It is plugged in an outlet that is never touched. I moved it to a different outlet and to no avail. This is disappointing to see that after one year this just quit on its own!

Hi @user_865ef6. Moving the Ring Chime to a different outlet is a good troubleshooting step to try. I'd also recommend holding down the reset button on the side of the Chime for 15 seconds to reset it. If the Chime is still unresponsive, our support team can take a closer look.
