Chime gen2 showing offline on app but solid blue light

I’m having a problem with my Ring Chime Gen 2 device. Yesterday the device suddenly went offline. I tried to reconnect but it wasn’t working.I reset the device, that didn’t help. Then I removed the device from my account and re-added it. I also restarted my home network.Now the device is showing a solid blue light as if it’s online, and I can see it as an active and connected client on my home network. However it is still showing as Offline on the ring app.Anyone got any ideas?
