My doorbell won’t show a video or a live view anymore. Despite the device health being good. Full power and connected to the internet. I’ve done a full reboot and internet reconnection. It starts by saying it’s doing an update and may take 5 mins. But it still won’t work afterwards.

Morning How can I change the alert tune on my plug in Chime. I’m using the chime with my ring pro doorbell

Hi @NODDY. You can change the alert tones for your Chime via the Ring App by following the steps listed in this Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/214363386-Selecting-Chime-Tones-for-the-Ring-Chime). You'll be able to choose a different tone for motion and for Doorbell rings. I hope that helps! :)
