Chime (2nd generation) not working

My 2nd generation chime has recently stopped working. I tried to reconnect it but when I press the button on the side, no light shows. When plugged in there is no light on the front of the chime any more.

If your Chime is unresponsive, try the following steps: - Plug it into a different outlet to see if it makes a difference. - Factory reset it by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.
