2nd Chime out of the blue lost wifi, does not see SSID anymore

Driving me nuts. Hi, all my other devices are still connected via my wifi , but the 2nd chime out of the blue does not see my ssid anymore. It does see ssid's of my neighbours, but also not consistently. Where my laptop sees more ssid's , my 2nd chime only sees one or 2.Tried resetting it like ten or twenty times. Now. Tried channel 6. All to no avail.How do I get a support without calling an expensive overseas number to the US?
