Appealing a post removal

I cannot find an email or a link to report an appeal for a Neighbors safety post removal. I have attempted to post this multiple times with no real explanation as to why it’s getting taken down. Just “this could be why’s.” I need an email or a link to directs me how to file an appeal for my posts not being posted to report a person stealing trash including mail in the middle of the night.
