ring changing file names
troubleshooting
previously format for downloaded Ring files name was: Ring_camername...date and time. Now they download with file names that are gibberish or perhaps hexideciamal: 6ae67dc2-125a... and they won't play. Just spent several hours on chat and phone with help to no avail - totally useless
