Neighbors app concern

On the Ring Neighbors app there is a post of my family member that portrays them as a creep when in reality they were just at the wrong apartment due to the fact he got lost on his way to my apartment since he does not live around here. I reported both posts but would like to make a post about it here as well. I would like to have it taken down as soon as possible because it was an honest mistake. Thank you
