Horrible Customer Service
Ordered a replacement part on Nov 13th. The wrong part was ordered. Called back to let them know and resolve the issue. Spent 3 hours with a clueless reps who claims ring does NOT sell wired cameras. Spoke to a supervisor who apologised for the reps knowledge or lack thereof and they ordered the kit for me. They ordered the wrong part. I called back 4 days later. Was told the part shipped 3 days ago but ring doesn't track their packages so I'm to just trust that it's coming. Called cust service again and they told me the wrong part was ordered. Another Rep ordered the correct part and said it was being shipped same day. 3 days later my dog gets run over by a car in front of my two children but I can't see the vehicle because my camera is broken and I'm still waiting for a replacement. I call back as I have not received any tracking info. Cust serv rep explains the WRONG part was ordered AGAIN!!!!! Im promised AGAIN that the correct part is coming. I ask for some compensation and they offered me 35% off their website. So now my family dog is dead. My children are traumatized and I've spent over 6 hours and 12 business days on this matter and it's still not resolved. I'm told "I'm sorry" BUT there is nothing else we can do for you. So screw customers, forget customer service. Now I have 4 homes with ring devices and over $6k of equipment but I'm the problem and no one cares to help me out. I'm taking my cameras and security system down and taking my business elsewhere. I know this note won't reach anyone and no one at ring cares anyway so if customers don't matter. Neither does ring matter to us.
