Hi Viewing video on my new Ring video doorbell is fine when I am sat in the house. If i go down the garden my phone switches to 5G and it takes a couple of minutes for the phone to pick up the video, once picked up the signal drops every 30 seconds or so. Am I right in thinking that you should be able to view the cameras from virtually anywhere? I have an RSSI of -45, an upload speed of 39.49 and a download speed of 13.25 (on full fibre)

Hi @user_ca0904. The RSSI you shared indicates a good connection. The upload and download speeds are also sufficient, as the Ring Doorbell only requires 2 Mbps of upload and download. This issue appears to be isolated to the mobile data connection on your phone, since it occurs when your phone switches to 5G outside your home. What type of mobile data plan do you have? Often times, phone service providers will offer unlimited data, but your speeds will be lowered after you use a certain amount of data per cycle.
