Why do my posts get refused but others dont??

I wrote a post in desperate need of a low cost tow service in my area. Or help from a neighbor. My post was denied twice. My question is why does my post asking for this help gets denied, but posts asking g for handyman or roofers or bacon wrapped hotdogs get posted. It wasn't fair deny me the possibility of help.
