  Weather it’s a live view or responding to a ring, the voices are always muffled and filled with static. In most cases my guests can’t even hear what’s being communicated.

  I bought a Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation) three and a half months ago. Two days ago, the battery was fully discharged, and the doorbell stopped working. I removed the doorbell, fully charged the battery to 100%, and reinstalled it. However, within two days, the battery level dropped to 44%. My motion alerts and recording features are turned off.   My doorbell is hardwired with a 15V AC transformer intended for the in-home chime and to charge the doorbell battery, according to Ring’s specifications. Although Ring indicates that heavy use might require more frequent charging, this is not the case for me. With the battery level dropping to 44% in just two days, it seems that the battery might not last more than a few weeks this time. I am fine with charging the battery every three months or so, but not every month.   Can someone assist me with the following questions: -What is the warranty coverage for the doorbell? -Is there another Ring doorbell model that performs as per Ring's specifications? -Will Ring Support provide an explanation and solution to this problem?   I am considering purchasing a new doorbell that functions properly and offers uninterrupted operation. I tried calling Ring support number but it is a viocemail jail and nobody came on line but just recordings. In chat there is no provision of making complaints. Does anybody has any idea how to contact RING for technical help?.

  I've had Ring for years but lately all my Rings are not working properly and customer services is horrible!! You can't leave feed back nothing. I'm about to get rid of all my Rings!

  I've been with Ring for years but their service is horrible, even the next tier is horrible. I'm not happy with these devices anymore and tired of wasting money when there are new companies with other devices.
